Director of Internet Solutions needed

Growing Print Company is looking for a talented individual to work on: Websites, SEM / SEO, Networking, and Technical Support.
We are seeking an individual who can grow with us as we continue build our team. Effective organizational, research, problem-solving and resolution skills are key. While design experience is not necessary, we are hoping to find someone who can work both the server and client side experience.

PHP4, MySQL 4.0.x, and knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS a must.
Linux & Apache experience a plus.
osCommerce experience a plus.
Image editing/creation skills a plus.
XML knowledge a plus.
