Webmaster please help!

Hi my name is Pat and I am need of a webmaster to help me in completing my website. Infact I need someone who is able to help me with my corporate brand, logo design, and web design.
The hosting is already being provided. I have had trouble finding a job in my field of work and i'm barely making ends meet.
I have a project that I am trying to present to my church that is the basis for this website. My start up company is called the T-shirt Ministry.
I have the concept, I have the manufacturer, and I have the printer all I need is my website and someone in the dfw metroplex that would be willing to do this job for me and possibly stay on after the job is complete to be my technical support.
Please only those who do this as a passion and who aren't money hungry.
